The gruesome, Satanic-infused murders of two prominent men in the Wollongong area shattered the carefully cultivated image they were seeking to project of a family friendly haven. Mark Valera walked into a police station and confessed. Five years later, his sister, Belinda van Krevel, was charged with orchestrating the murder of their father. What seemed at first to be evil children shed light on a more sinister underbelly, a paedophile ring that ran through a Catholic College and a youth shelter with international connections.
